📢 Canada now requires all Express Entry applicants to complete a medical exam BEFORE submitting their PR application.
👨👩👧 Applies to you + all family members, even if they’re not immigrating with you.
🩺 The Immigration Medical Exam (IME) includes:
Physical exam
Blood & urine tests
Chest X-ray (for TB)
Mental health check
Review of medical history
✅ Must be done by an IRCC-approved panel physician🕐 Valid for 12 months♻️ You may reuse a previous IME done in Canada within the last 5 years
🎯 Why? IRCC wants to speed up PR processing and reduce delays.
