As of today (August 18, 2025):Â If you go to apply for an international student visa, you'll be sent to the new, easy-to-use website automatically.
Already applied? If you submitted your application on the old website before today, don't worry. They will still process your application. You don't need to do anything.
Started an application but didn't finish? You have until September 17, 2025, to finish and submit it on the old website. If you don't, it will be deleted, and you'll have to start over on the new website.
Paper applications are ending:Â From September 18, 2025, they will no longer accept paper applications for these student visas. Everything must be done online.
💡 Pro Tip: It's peak season! Apply at least 3 months before your intended travel date to ensure a smooth start to your studies.
